D4 South Subbing app

 

We’re introducing a new sub signup system for D4 South. It will open on October 26 for the November 2 games.

 

For non-roster players - Your PIN number is the last 4 digits of your registered phone number

 

If you’re available to sub, sign up in the app and choose the game times you can play. Signup opens one week before game day and closes at noon the day before. For the November 2 games, the deadline is noon on November 1.

 

For roster players - Your PIN number is the last 4 digits of your registered phone number

 

Starting with the November 2 games, roster players who want to sub for another team will need to sign up in the new D4 South sub app. Signup opens on October 26, one week before those games.

Choose the game times when you’re available. The app will account for your own team’s scheduled game. Signup closes at noon the day before game day—noon on November 1 for the November 2 games.

 

The system gives non-roster subs first consideration. Among equally eligible players, it uses a random draw, giving everyone in that group a fair chance to be selected. Signing up does not guarantee an assignment.

 

You’ll receive an email confirming your signup. Before the deadline, you can change your availability or delete your signup in the app. After signup closes, an assignment email with a table of the results will go to managers and everyone who signed up, whether or not they were assigned.
